The Necessity for Dialogue:
Dialogue between different cultures is the only way to avoid
wars and establish peace among nations. This simple fact has
eluded the attention of some political leaders who thought that
peace can be imposed through force by the strong on the weak,
and this perspective we have seen in a number of world systems
that flourish for some time but ultimately flounder under the
rising resistance of subordinate nations.
