Madinah, Jumada II 22, 1435, Apr 22, 2014, SPA -- A number of senior officials and dignitaries have praised Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz International Contest for Memorization of Prophet's Sunnah and Contemporary Islamic Studies as one of the competitions that work for the service of Islam and Muslims.
They valued the contest as a great Islamic objective aiming at linking youth to the Prophetic' Sunnah and highlighting Islam's virtues and its comprehensiveness to address daily life issues.
These came in statements on the occasion of holding the closing ceremony of the competition at its 9th session here tomorrow.
Among these senior officials are Secretary General of the Muslim World League (MWL) Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulmohsen Al-Turki; Advisor at the Royal Court, Imam and Speaker of the Grand Mosque Sheikh Dr. Saleh bin Abdullah bin Humaid and General President of the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice, Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh.
