The Secretariat General of the Muslim World League (the League) in Holy Makkah has strongly condemned the terrorist explosions; the one that occurred in Quita city , Pakistan, Jakarta city, Indonesia , site of the African Union in Southern Somalia, Kolofata District in Cameron and hotel in Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso and that the death and injury of scores of people.
This was conveyed by a statement issued by H. E. Dr. Sheikh Abdullah Ibn Abdulmohsin Alturki, Secretary General of the Muslim World League and member the Commission of the Senior Scholars (Ulama) who said," The Muslim World League (the League) strongly condemns the Two terrorist explosions that occurred in Pakistan , Indonesia, Somalia, Cameron and Burkina Faso, and confirms its inalienable stance towards the combat of all sorts and methods of terrorism.
Furthermore, H. E. Dr. AlTurki called upon Muslim countries and international community to muster regional and international efforts to combat these terrorist acts that aim at destabilizing security and stability in these countries.
H.E. Dr. Alturki appealed to leaders of countries and organizations as well as intellectuals to stand in one row and adopt united stance in confronting all types and manifestations of terrorism ; and address whatever causes or calls to such acts.
" I applaud the attitudes of international organizations as well as those of governments, the topmost of which is the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the leadership of Custodian of the Two Holy Masjids King Salman Ibn Abdul Aziz AlSaud , who declared the inception of an Islamic military alliance for the fight of terrorism and elimination of all its sources", H. E. Dr. Alturki said.
At the conclusion of his statement, H.E. Dr. Alturki supplicated Allah Almighty to protect Muslim countries and youth from terrorism and excessiveness ; and help this country and its citizens avoid seditions; He is all-hearing and responsive.
