Makkah, Rajab 21, 1436, May 10, 2015, SPA -- The Secretary General of Muslim World League Dr. Abdullah bin Abdul Mohsen Al-Turki received at the League's headquarters here today the Dean of Lyon's Great Mosque in France Kamal Qobtan.
During the meeting, they discussed aspects of cooperation between the League and Muslims in France for the interest of Islam and Muslims, particularly in the fields of education and religious advocacy.

MWL Secretary General receives President of the Union of Islamic Institutions Brazil

Makkah, Rajab 14, 1436, May 03, 2015, SPA -- The Secretary General of Muslim World League (MWL) Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulmohsen Al-Turki received here today the President of the Union of Islamic Institutions in Brazil Mohammed Hussein Al-Zoubi .
During the meeting, they discussed aspects of cooperation between the League and the Union of Islamic institutions in Brazil for the good of Islam and Muslims, especially in the areas of education, culture and Islamic propagation.

Riyadh, Rajab 12, 1436, May 01, 2015, SPA -- The General Assembly of the Global Commission for Introducing the Messenger, peace be upon him, affiliated to the Muslim World League (MWL), held its annual meeting in Riyadh on Thursday under the chairmanship of the Secretary General of the Muslim World League Dr. Abdullah bin Abdul-Muhsin Al-Turki.

In a speech at the outset the meeting, Dr. Al-Turki thanked the wise leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for their support for the activities and programs of the MWL.

Makkah, Rajab 04, 1436, April 23, 2015, SPA -- The Secretary General of Muslim World League (MWL) Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulmohsen Al-Turki received here today the Governor of Kano State of Nigeria, Abdullah Omar Qanduji.
During the meeting, they discussed aspects of cooperation between the Muslim World League and the Nigerian state of Kano in the interest of Islam and Muslims.

Makkah, Rajab 2, 1436, Apr 21, 2015, SPA -- The Muslims in various countries support 'Determination Storm' and express thanks to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for the Kingdom's stance and the Arab coalition against Houthi militias in Yemen.
This came in a statement issued today by Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulmohsen Al-Turki, Secretary General of the Muslim World League (MWL).
Dr. Al-Turki stressed that the Arab and Islamic nations have supported Determination Storm since its beginning.

During the meeting, they discussed aspects of cooperation between the League and the Republic of Kazakhstan in the interest of Islam and Muslims.

During the meeting, they discussed aspects of cooperation between the MWL and the Kingdom of Sweden.

MWL Secretary-General Al-Turki during the opening of the Muslim international conference Taipei City

An international symposium addressing contemporary challenges facing Muslim minorities kicked off April 13 in Taipei City, underscoring ROC government efforts in promoting cultural diversity, human rights and religious freedoms.

The two-day event, which is being attended by participants from more than 20 countries and territories, is organized by Saudi Arabia-headquartered Muslim World League in conjunction with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and several local nongovernmental organizations. It is the third time for the MWL to sponsor a symposium in Taiwan since 2004.
