First: Principles and factuality of Dawah:
The Conference has tackled extensively the factuality of Dawah , the impediments that accompanied its march , the successes that were achieved and confirmed the following significant principles:
A-That Dawah to the path of Allah is incumbent obligation upon every individual Muslim, as far as he can. The Holy Prophet said in his Hadith (Convey from the Qur"an I taught you even one single verse ). It is known that scholars who call people to Islam are the inheritors of the Prophets and holders of good to all mankind.
B-: That the call to Islam is the call to good: and it is balance against which this is given this best status and the sign for its holding fast to Allah"s religion. Allah says (You were the best nation that was evolved to mankind; enjoining good and rejecting bad deeds ) Qur"an 3;110. Moreover, Allah has commanded us to invite people to His religion and Allah promised us good reward. Allah says: " Let there arise out of you a band of people inviting to all that is good, enjoining what is right, and forbidding what is wrong: They are the ones to attain felicity " Qur"an 3:104.
C-: That Dawah aims at comprehensive reform which intends to link people with their Creator and guide them to religion with due wisdom and good exhortation, meet the spiritual and material needs of man through consecrating religious values and rescuing human communities from the burden of materialism and averting its misleading attitudes. Furthermore, the Message of Islam is universal and surmounts the boundaries of time and space and carries within itself mercy and good for all. Allah says:" We sent thee not, but as a Mercy for all creatures. Allah says (We sent thee not, but as a Mercy for all creatures). Qur"an 21:107)
D-: That the requirements of Dawah comprise comprehending the principles of Dawah, appreciation of the reality of Islam, its objectives, ends and means together with wise reading for the conditions, culture and values of community are considered duties of Dawah Allah says(Say thou: "This is my way: I do invite unto Allah,- on evidence clear as the seeing with one"s eyes,- I and whoever follows me. Glory to Allah! and never will I join gods with Allah!" Qur"an 12:108
The participants have urged the scholars working in various fields of Dawah to be keen for the following:
1. To hold fast to the strong cause of Allah and emulate the method of the Prophet (Blessing and peace be upon him) in promulgating Dawah, which is focused on the principle of moderation. Allah says: (Thus, have We made of you an Ummah justly balanced, that ye might be witnesses over the nations, and the Messenger a witness over
